Weekly Meals and Fitness (March 18 – 22)

It’s been awhile, but I’m definitely going to try harder to pre plan my meals for the week. With busy weeks on the horizon pre planning will make life so much easier! Also, going to start including my lunches as I’m trying to be better about bringing my lunch (instead of ordering out) and making them more exciting. I’m not going to include weekend meals since those days are usually spontaneous in terms of meals.


Lunch – BBQ Chicken Salad (Leftover Publix BBQ Rotisserie Chicken over spinach, corn and black beans. Tossed with homemade BBQ ranch dressing.)

Dinner – Mushroom and Wild Rice Casserole (plus chicken)

Workout – CrossFit


Lunch – Leftover casserole

Dinner – Salmon Cesar Salad/Dinner with friend?

Workout – Barre

Workout – Run 2 miles
