Weekly Meals and Fitness (March 25-31)

I’ve failed a little in the meal planning department this week. I prepped a quinoa salad that I’m sure will last me post of the week. Bought chicken on sale and using up potatoes and green beans that need to be cooked. But that’s all I got. Feel free to comment with some meal ideas!

On the fitness end I need to start running regularly again and prepare for the Iron Girl 5k. I feel like it’s too late to start any kind of training plan so I’m just going to try and run 2 or 3 times a week and get myself back in the groove.

Dinner – Parmesan Breaded Chicken with Roasted Potatoes and Steamed Green Beans
