Weekly Meals and Fitness (April 1 – April 7)

As you’re about to see below this is going to be a crazy busy week, which makes for unsure meal plans. I plan to have a few meals in mind ready to make and will see what happens. There are a few nights where I have events to go to around dinner time and if I don’t have time to cook/eat at home I’m just going to find something where ever I end up 🙂 Adapting is key this week!

Monday

Fitness – 5k with Running for Brews (running group)

Dinner – Rays Game (ballpark food)

Fitness – CrossFit

Thursday

Lunch – Salad

Dinner – Datz Dough Tasting

Fitness – CrossFit

Friday

Lunch – Salad

Dinner – Pork Loin/Healthier Mac and Cheese (recipes yet to be found)

Fitness – Run or Yoga

Saturday

Dinner – Leftovers/Out?

Fitness – Run or Rest Day

Sunday

Dinner – Leftovers/Out?

Fitness – CrossFit/Yoga
