Weekly Meals and Fitness (June 3 – 9)


So I fell off the train a bit on posting my weekly meals…last week was just too hectic with getting back into a groove after vaca. I’m happy to say that I’m back on the meal planning train.

Monday

Lunch – Leftover pulled pork and cole slaw

Dinner – Pasta and salad

Fitness – Rest Day

Tuesday

Lunch – Salad with strawberries, feta, almonds and balsamic (avocado too if they’re ripe!)

Dinner – Junior League meeting

Fitness – CrossFit

Wednesday

Lunch – Bean and Tuna Salad

Dinner – ?

Fitness – Run

Thursday

Lunch – Bean and Tuna Salad

Dinner – Mojo pork with rice and beans

Fitness – CrossFit

Friday

Lunch – Leftovers

Dinner – ?

Fitness – CrossFit

Saturday

Dinner – ?

Fitness – CrossFit

Sunday

Dinner – ?

Fitness – Rest Day

I might be having a friend visit this weekend so I’m leaving weekend meals open. I imagine we’ll be hitting the town, but there are a few recipes up my sleeve if we decide to stay in for a few meals.

We have some browning bananas on the counter that I’ll be turning into Banana Bread Protein Bars for snacks this week.

I’ll also be making Peanut Butter Bacon Cookies for a cookie swap tomorrow. Can’t wait to make these babies!

    1. lol they are awesome! Made them last night. And only five ingredients. Easy peasy!

      Ugh, I get so frustrated when it comes to avocados. They are NEVER ripe at Publix so I usually don’t buy them. Twas the case yesterday when I did my shopping 🙁
