I made this sans bacon and used rotisserie chicken to save time.

WOD:
“Death by burpees” 
In the first minute, do 1 burpee. In the second minute, do 2 burpees.
Continue until you can’t do the required number of burpees within the minute.
Then...
Find max handstand hold (freestanding, or scale to wall)

Skill: 150# (30# PR!)  WOD: 11 rounds, 10 second hold

Tuesday

Dinner – JL Board meeting (my turn to make dinner for the group): Baked Ziti with side green salad

Fitness – Rest Day

Wednesday

Dinner – Engine No. 9: Mushroom Swiss Burger with tater tots

Fitness – CrossFit: Running Clinic

Thursday

Dinner – Palm Court: Margherita flatbread, calamari, veal marsala

Fitness – Rest Day

Friday

Dinner – Chicken Enchilada Casserole

I added a cup of corn, used rotisserie chicken, used greek yogurt instead of sour cream and used red enchilada sauce instead of green.

Saturday

Dinner – Party: Cheeseburger, chips, black bean feta salad, cucumber honeydew salad, artichoke dip, buffalo chicken dip, kale salad

I contributed this Kale Salad. Sans grapefruit and used almonds instead of pepitas.

8:15, 3-to-1 single unders, used box for HSPU, knees to elbows, 50#
